The Geochemistry Group is looking to appoint a co-opted member to our committee. The deadline is 08.10.2021.
The role of the committee members is to support the Geochemistry Group’s usual activities (awarding student travel bursaries, ECR awards and organising our annual research in progress meeting). In addition, we hope that these new appointments will help improve representation of minorities on the Geochemistry Group steering committee as well as assist in devising and implementing strategies that address the lack of diversity within the wider UK geochemistry community. The appointments are made for 3 years.
