The Geochemistry Group is looking to recruit 2 full committee members (including a new communications officer) and 2 postgraduate student representatives. Job descriptions:
- Full committee member (ordinary member): this role involves attending quarterly committee meetings (typically online) and helping to support ongoing Geochemistry Group activities. Term is ~3 years.
- Full committee member (communications officer): this role involves maintaining the website and various social media platforms , advertising upcoming events and the annual GGRiP meeting, and liaising with other Special Interest Groups affiliated with the Geological Society and Mineralogical Society. Term is ~3 years.
- Postgraduate representative: this role involves attending quarterly committee meetings (typically online) and helping to support ongoing Geochemistry Group activities. Term is ~ 3 years. Note that you can be at any stage of your PhD.
